Eli Lilly Clinical Open Innovation is founded on the belief that drug development processes must improve, and that open innovation methods can be used to make clinical development better. We’re a small group of Lilly employees coming from diverse educational and professional backgrounds in disciplines like pharmacy, philosophy, IT, English, sales and management. We’re interested in working with you to make a difference.
Our plans include making public data available in a number of useful formats and views. Tools will be developed to generate, collect and curate public data in new ways that advance clinical research. We’ll facilitate networks where communities can emerge to shape clinical capabilities for the future. All work will be done in the open and made available publicly, free of charge.
To this end we offer a series of exploratory projects that bring ideas to life, and apply them in practice. The projects are intended to prove out value, generate knowledge and kindle innovation in clinical research. We hope the work will inspire you to new thinking and practice to positively impact how drugs are developed.
We’ll be thinking and working out loud, and we encourage you to join us in doing so. We encourage your unique contribution to improve clinical development.
Sound grand? It is. We invite you to join us. Read more about how we plan to reinvent invention through clinical open innovation.
